Larocca Vineyards has officially introduced the first-ever USDA certified organic sparkling wine with no sulfites. This hand-riddled brut blanc is made with 100 percent estate grown organic Chardonnay grapes and uses the “Method Champenoise,” which means that each bottle is sparkled individually, not in a tank.
