SK Foods Offers Dehydrated Instant Powders, Flakes

SK Food International introduced a new line of certified organic dehydrated drum-dried instant quick cook powders and flakes. The powders/flakes can be produced using many different types of beans, peas and lentils, including yellow and black soybeans, azuki beans, yellow and green peas and French green lentils. The powders/flakes are drum dried and can be modified to meet customers’ specifications.
Applications of the powders/flakes include bean side dishes, bean filling, dips, chips, soup bases, thickeners and gluten free baking. Specifically, the soybean powders/flakes are ideal as main ingredients in instant cereal and pudding. All of the powders/flakes rehydrate with water and are not enzyme active.
