SK Food International has a new line of Certified Organic Dehydrated Drum Dried
Instant Quick Cook Powders/Flakes. The powders/flakes can be produced using many different types of beans, peas and lentils including yellow and black soybeans, Azuki beans, yellow and green peas and French green lentils. The powders/flakes can be modified to meet customers’ specifications. For example, the granulation can be from a coarse flake to a fine powder, depending on the application and the customer’s
needs.
Applications of the powders/flakes include bean side dishes, bean filling, dips, chips, soup bases, thickeners and gluten free baking. Specifically, the soybean powders/flakes are ideal as main ingredients in instant cereal and pudding.
